Marble cheese cake

Ni kes baru terperasan yg yogurt beli kt C4 aritu da nk expired hari ni...nasib la aku tertengok expiry date dia...kalo tk membazir jer...seketoi yogurt to 1.59...kalo 2 dah beraper....hehehe....bahan2 lain cam biasa la, sentiasa ade kt umah ni...kalo tk de mesti slalu tambah stok...mane tahu emergency orng ode kek, tk la terkejar2...kan...?


Baked marble cheese cake ni mmng favourite...bila makan cam tak henggat camtu....tapi leh brek lagi la...takut gak mkn cheese ni bnyk2...kalo ikutkan nafsu...smua sedap belaka...anak2 bujang mmng ske kek ni...tk smpai 2 hari mesti licin nih...

Marble Baked Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
A - 500g Cream cheese (saya guna 25ogm)
150g fine sugar (saya letak 75gm)
B - 6 eggs (yolk) (2 biji jer..putih n kuning)
C - 50g Corn flour (1 sudu besar jer)
D - 150ml Thick Cream (tk letak, ganti ngan fresh milk, 100ml)
150ml sour cream (tk letak, ganti ngan plain yougurt, 2 bks kecik tu)
E - 5gm Cooa powder

Cake Base:
200g Digestive Biscuits (crumbled) ( sya pakai Ritz - blender kering)
100g Melted butter
30g Corn flour
50g Roasted walnut (chopped)

Directions:
A - Cream the cheese and sugar till soft.
B - Fold in egg yolks bit by bit.
C - Put in the corn flour.
D - Pour in thickened cream and mix for 2 min. Add the sour cream and mix for 1 min.
E - Mix cocoa powder in about 100g of the cheese mixture for the marble effect.
