Yess...hari2 hujan...hujan yg memberi seribu rahmat dan berkat...cam musim tengkujuh lak...rindu kt kg lamangku, ganu darul imang.....

Dapat inspirasi nak mengepuff ni dari K nor http://secubitgaramnor67.blogspot.com...tgk cam sedap sangt...jenuh gak la mencari pastry puff kawan ni....bagai nk rak cari kt giant...tk de...frust dah time tu..so masa ariraya aji...orng lain sibuk duk rebang, aku dan konco2 (anak bujang, ciksu dan pok de) smpat gak berkorban duit ke Tropicana Mall...so aku pun per lagi..teruskan misi pencarian puff ni...akhirnya jumpa la gak...alhamdulillah...

Basic sama je...tang filing tu aku letak blueberry dan yg 1 lagi coklat...dlm kepala nk buat macam2 tp sayang, tak menarik perhatian selera anak bujang yg lg sorang...huhuhu...penat rsa masak kalo anak2 tk makan...

Red Velvet Cake



First time cuba cake yg menjadi bualan ramai skrang ni...not bad for the 1st attempt tapi colour tu tk braper nk red bcos takut nk letak kaler banyak2...hehehhe...tapi rasa dia marvellous....pujian2 dari jiran2ku, kak sarah dan k ija yg dapat merasa kek sibaldu merah ini....

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 Tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 oz. red food coloring

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour two 8 inch cake pans.
Lightly stir eggs in a medium bowl with a wire whisk. Add remaining liquid ingredients and stir together with whisk until blended. Set aside.
Place all the dry ingredients in your mixing bowl and stir together really well with another wire whisk.
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix on medium-high for about a minute or until completely combined.
Pour into cake pans and then drop the pans on the counter a few times to release any air bubbles.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
After about ten minutes, remove from pans and cool completely on a wire rack. I also cover in plastic wrap while the cakes cool.
Then make the crème cheese frosting. Spread the coconut kering on top of the cake.
